Yolanda T. Richey is the founder of Professional Advising & Career Empowerment (commonly known as P.A.C.E.), an early childhood organization focused on empowering & educating those who work with and care for young children. With a master’s degree in early childhood special education, an endorsement as an Infant Family Specialist (Level II), and multiple certifications, Yolanda uses her passion and expertise in early childhood to inspire growth in others through research-based courses, workshops, and presentations.
Additionally, Yolanda has various roles in early childhood initiatives and is an Adjunct College Professor, teaching early childhood courses. She has written/co-authored over 20 books, and you will also find Yolanda on the Roku Network/ Your Home TV channel, hosting the program, “Little PACEsetters!”, a family-friendly show highlighting young children making a difference in their communities in unique ways.
